Hatha Yoga

A beginner friendly yoga class that is suitable for almost anyone and includes basic basic yoga postures and breathing work.

Pregnancy Yoga

Designed specifically for moms-to-be. It is a very light form of yoga that focuses on preparing for the birthing experience.

Vinyasa Yoga

Slightly more advanced and includes more movement than Hatha. The Vinyasa flow includes a series of movements that is more demanding.

Hot Yoga

Hot yoga is a very active form of yoga for those who like to feel that they had a workout. It all happens in very hot 'sauna like' conditions.

Ashtanga Yoga

Is more suitable for those with experience. Ashtanga yoga is physically demanding and quite technical. It requires strength and stamina.

Iyengar Yoga

Is all about precision and makes use of props like straps and blocks. It is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
